PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Do you understand even with vaccinations, illnesses in dogs may occur any time your dog may be exposed to other dogs which is why we ask you not to expose your dog to places saturated with other dogs within 30 days of their stay. Do you understand even if your dog is vaccinated for BORDETELLA (commonly known as kennel cough) there is a chance that your dog can still contract kennel cough? Dog Ranch/Nicole Curran, Inc. will not be responsible if your dog becomes ill, including if your dog contracts kennel cough. The Dog Ranch will do its best to communicate with all dog owners if any dogs have symptoms before your dog is to stay and will address any concerns at that time. IF YOUR DOG SHOWS SYMPTOMS ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED AND WE WILL ASSIST YOU AS BEST AS POSSIBLE.

If you are doing an INFORMAL BOARD & TRAIN, the STANDARD option is the only available option. If you are choosing a FORMAL BOARD & TRAIN (3 week minimum) you can also choose to have your dog taken and worked in public. OWNER-ACTIVE BOARD & TRAINS is a FORMAL B&T option only and will include scheduling lessons while your dog is staying here.

HOLIDAY STAY TERMS & CONDITIONS (required ONLY if your stay falls over a holiday).
Holiday stays include stays falling on the DAY OF the actual holiday and/or stays beginning or ending two days pre and two days post.
Three day minimum stay over all holidays.
Three day deposit required at the time of the booking. An invoice outlining your stay will be sent requiring the three day deposit. May be paid by Venmo, Zelle, cash or a check may be mailed. Once your payment has been received your booking is secured.
100% of holiday deposit will be forfeited if holiday stay is cancelled within 30 days of stay. 50% of the holiday deposit will be forfeited if holiday stay is cancelled outside of the 30 day stay after the deposit has been collected.
If the holiday stay (holiday stay referring to the stay falling over the holiday itself) is altered so that dates adjust or change and the stay is no longer falling over the holiday or two days pre or post, 100% of the deposit is forfeited and will not be utilized for future arrangements or changes.
There are no arrival/departures on observed holidays and there may be limited hours on pre or post days of noted holidays.
